I searched the globe for signs of paradise,
I thronged the museums of the world,
At last, I came to Triplicane,
A city of vast, unimagined treasures.
A love of freedom is the key,
To gain entrance to that fabled city,
A city of beaches,
By the seaside it is found.
A beach head to the future,
With bridges that span the sky,
A gateway to the stars,
A door to the realm that lies beyond.
But a city of wonders,
For it is an open city,
Where people from the past, present and future,
Mingle side by side.
A timeless city, yet a city rooted in time,
Sanctioned by the lords of the land,
And the people of the sea.
What took me to Triplicane?
Here it is I came to fulfill a quest,
In the footsteps of my father, in search of my destiny,
Here it is that men come in search of justice,
And to make a name for themselves…

Noce ode to the Bachelor's paradise. There is so much to it, its hardly known to people. Your poem does more than justice to that. Well narrated
cheers...Joker
